Sandra Kosyk was born and educated in Montreal, Quebec. In 1992, she moved to Calgary with her husband and three children. Sandra paints in acrylic, oil and mixed media with a special interest in floral and the beautiful landscapes that surround us in the Rocky Mountains. Her main goal is to explore the light, design and beauty of the ordinary and to transpose it into a mood or story engaging her audience with her choice of colours from her pallet.

Sandra has received her art education from Mount Royal University, University of Calgary and unique instructors and workshops. Sandra is also a member of multiple artist associations, groups and societies. She has shown her work in many artist shows and venues across Canada.
